Confirm which Phoenix before you request a criminal court record

Phoenix Municipal Court handles its own case records and audio
For Phoenix, Arizona municipal matters, the City of Phoenix says case records and the audio-recorded record of proceedings can be requested from Phoenix Municipal Court. The court accepts its record-request form in person, by email, fax or mail. It currently asks requesters to allow three to five business days for processing before staff provides the cost.
